Pre heat oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Put all of ingredients in a bowl except the water and the 10 grams of cheese,and mix well together.Add enough water to make a dough but not sticky dough.Remove dough from bowl and make a ball flatten slightly so it cooks more quickly,then slash the loaf 3 times with sharp knife.Sprinkle over remaining cheese.Spray some water in the oven or throw in a couple of ice cubes place dough on baking tray and bake for 35 to45 minutes or until golden brown.
