1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. In cast iron/ovenproof skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until slightly crispy. Remove from heat and set on paper towels to absorb excess grease. Drain off all but one tsp. of grease remaining in pan ( to keep flavor).
3. Combine the corn, jalapeño, cream cheese, mozzarella, salt, cayenne, half of bacon and half of basil. Scoop into skillet and bake 20 min.
4. Sprinkle with remaining bacon and basil. Parmesan cheese to taste. Serve immediately.
