Pre-heat oven to 350 and brush a 9x13 baking dish with the melted butter.
1) whisk together the eggs, cheese, cottage cheese, flour, and salt in a large bowl. Pour the mixture into a prepared baking dish.
2) Bake in the oven until eggs are completely set 50-60 minutes. Start checking around 45 minutes.
*****This recipe can be halved in an 8x8 or 9x9 baking dish. Baking time will be less around 30-40 minutes.
