Baked beans, kidney beans, onions and garlic topped with toasted cheesy bread.
Preheat oven to 180c.
Add oil to pan and gently fry onions until soft, then add crushed garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Pour baked beans and kidney beans into the mixture, season to your taste with salt and pepper and heat through.
Tip bean mix into a casserole/pyrex dish, top with enough bread pieces to cover bean mix and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake in oven for 15-20 minutes until bread has toasted and cheese has browned.
Enjoy.
Tip: Don't overcook the beans or it will turn to mush ...unless that's how you like it.
