In large fry pan, sauté onion, garlic. Season salt and pepper.
Add ground beef, cook through and drain any
Fat. Return to stove and add all but biscuits
And cheese, bring mixture to low boil. Pour
Mixture into casserole dish leaving at
Least 1-2 inches at top.
Separate biscuits laying them next to each other
Covering bean mixture. Bake in oven at 350
Until biscuits are brown. 15-18 minutes.
Pull from oven and place cheese on top of
Casserole. Return to oven for 7-10 minutes
Until cheese is bubbly.
OVENS VARY SO CHECK BISCUITS
Taste mixture before putting in oven. Some BBQ
Sauces are very sweet. If so. Add a pinch more
Salt and /or more vinegar a teaspoon at a time
