A flavorful beer bread with a slight apple flavor
made with Redd's Apple Ale
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
mix all of the dry ingredients in the bowl
prep 2 loaf pans (it is best to line the pans with parchment to prevent sticking)
add the Ale and honey to the dry ingredients and mix. This will form a lumpy batter if there is and dry flour you can add a little water to the batter.
pour into the two loaf pans then pour half of the melted butter over each loaf.
bake for 40 to 50 minutes till done At about 25 Minutes in add the remaining shredded cheese to the tops of the loafs.
