Another quick easy side dish from mom! Great for friendsgivings :)
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2. Cook the veggies (you can microwave).
3. Pour in casserole dish.
4. Melt butter and cheese in a sauce pan
5. Mix the butter and cheese in with the veggies.
6. Crumble Ritz crackers across the top of the broccoli and cauliflower
7. Bake for 30 minutes.
