Mix soups, salsa and seasoning together, put in chicken. Put all in instapot, set IP to 16 min with NPR. Shred chicken with fork. Just before serving stir in 1 pouch of cooked spanish rice. Serve on warmed tortillas. Can also be done in crockpot.
Can be frozen ahead of time. Put all ingredients in gallon ziploc freezer bag. Squish to mix, push air out, seal. Thaw before adding to pot.
