Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Boil chicken in water for approximately 15 or 20 minutes, until tender. Let cool and then dice into small cubes.
Cook spaghetti according to package directions.
Cook onion in margarine until tender. Add diced cheese and melt over low heat, stirring constantly.
Combine all ingredients together. Pour into a greased 2 quart casserole dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
This goes great with a skillet of mexican cornbread!
