Prepare tortellini as directed on package Fry the chicken in oil until cooked put it aside and keep it warm in the same pan saute onions pepper and garlic until tender crisp add flour to veggies and bring to a bubbly state remove from heat and add milk stirring constantly
return to heat and stir until sauce is thick remove from heat and add cheese return to low heat and stir until cheese is melted and sauce is hot
you can either stir the pasta right in to the sauce or pour the sauce over the pasta, I think it''s better when it''s mixed.... Enjoy
