In a large bowl, whisk eggs until well blended. Stir in flour, baking powder, salt, and cayenne. Add cheese, cottage cheese, and chilies. Blend well.
Pour mixture into buttered baking pan and bake 15 minutes. Reduce oven temp to 350 bake for 30 to 35 minutes until top is lightly browned and a knife inserted into middle comes out clean.
Let cool 10 minutes. Cut into 1.5 inch squares. (If made in advance cover and refrigerate up to 2 days) Freeze for longer storage.
Serve warm or at room temp.
