Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 400 degrees. Add oil to skillet and heat over med-high. Add chorizo, cook 3-4 minutes. Crumble. Drain.
Grate cheese then set aside. Chop onion then dice pepper. Drain beans and tomatoes. Add onion and pepper to skillet, cook 1-2 minutes. Slice garlic into skillet, cook 60 seconds. Add beans and tomatoes. Coarsely mash then cook 2-3 minutes or until hot.
Pour bean mixture into baking dish and top with cheese. Bake 7-9 min or until cheese is melted.
Serve with tortilla chips.
