Suggest a better description1. Preheat the oven to 200?C/400F/Gas Mark 6. 2. Wash the potatoes and place on a baking tray in the preheated oven on the middle oven shelf for approximately 11/2 hours, until cooked. 3. Cut in half lengthways and carefully scoop out the potato into a bowl. 4. Mash with the butter and milk and stir in the gammon, onions and seasoning. 5. Spoon back into the skins and sprinkle with the cheese. 6. Place on the baking tray and return to the oven for a further 25-30 minutes until browned. 7. Sprinkle with the parsley and serve. NOTES : An ideal snack or lunchtime dish served with a crisp mixed salad.
