Preheat oven to 375*.In medium bowl add 1 2/3 cup of hot water to stuffing mix. Stir until just moistened. Set aside. Mix ham and broccoli and add into baking dish. Combine soup, milk and cheese and pour over the ham mixture and top with prepared stuffing. Bake at 30 minutes or until heated through.
