Combine eggs, milk, half and half, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Warm olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Transfer egg mixture to skillet.
Add tomatoes, ham and cheese to skillet. Place skillet in oven and bake for 20 minutes or until eggs are cooked through.
