Baked mushrooms in passata with cheese topping
Preheat oven to 220 C. Pour the passata into an ovenproof dish. Place the mushrooms on the sauce, stems upwards, top with the sliced cheese and scatter with the thyme. Sprinkle with the olive oil and bake in the oven for 15 minutes until golden.
