Sour Cream & Cheese Potato Caserole
Place frozen potatoes in 9x13 baking dish.
In a sauce pan melt the butter & onions together.
Remove from heat and then stir in soup and then sour cream.
Pour mixture over potatoes and then mix.
Sprinkle Colby jack shredded cheese all over the top.
Bake for 40 mins at 350 uncovered.
