Great way to use crescent roll tube!
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Unroll crescent dough and separate into 2 rectangles; press the perforations to seal.
2. Spread rectangles with mustard. Top with cheese and roast beef, and if desired, you can add red pepper or onion.
3. Roll up the two rectangles jelly-roll style, starting with the short side, and pinch the seam to seal. Cut each roll crosswise into 4 pinwheel slices; and place the 8 total slices on a parchment paper covered baking sheet, cut side down.
4. Bake until pinwheels are golden brown and cheese is melted, 15-18 minutes. Let cool slightly before serving.
