Suggest a better descriptionHeat oven to 400 degrees. Spray 12 regular size muffin cups with cooking spray.
In 10 inch skillet, cook sausage over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until no longer pink; drain.
In large bowl, stir baking mix, cheese and pepper. In medium bowl, beat milk, butter, mustard and egg with fork or wire whisk; add to cheese mixture, stirring just until moistened. Stir in sausage. Spoon evenly inot muffin cups.
Bake 17-20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 5 minutes; remove from pan to cooling rack.
Serve warm.
