Quick and Easy meal for dinner. Crisp, full of flavor, and cheap!
First slice the weiner into small 1/4" pieces, then fry. Slice the sausage into half lengthways, then fry. Slice up about 1/8th of a cellery stalk into small pieces. Fry up 3-4 slices of bacon or bacon ends. Lay a torillia shell on a plate, and sprinkle shredded cheese so that it lightly covers the entire shell. Sprinkle Woister Shire Sauce over the cheese. Place 1/2 a sausage link over the tortillia shell, and sprinkle small pieces of bacon over the entire shell. place a few pieces of sliced fried weiners through out the shell, as well as a few pieces of celery. Fold the tortillia in half and fry in a skillit with about 1/4" of grease in the pan. Hold the spatula over the top of the tortillia and leave it there for at least 3-4 minutes to fry the bottom. Flip the tortillia shell over and allow the other side to fry. By this time the shell should begin to hold it's shape and no need to press down on the sandwhich. It's really not necessary to brown the shell, just get it crisp and melt the cheese.
A teaspoon of Chilli without beens, barbacue sauce, shredded lettuce, and maybe tomatoe slices would enhance the taste even further. One weiner was enough for me to make 3 sandwiches and have a little left over. One sausage link was enough to make 2 sandwiches. The celery I mainly put in because I made Omlet's at the time with Celrey, cheese, weiners, and bacon and cooked them in the sandwich maker at the same time as the sandwiches, so I figured why not throw a little in.
