Suggest a better descriptionIn a bowl, combine rice, cornmeal, onion, jalapeno, salt, and baking soda. In another bowl, beat eggs, milk, and oil. Add corn. Stir into rice mixture. Fold in cheese.
Sprinkle a greased skillet with cornmeal. Pour batter into skillet.
Bake at 350 degrees for 50 min.
Cut into wedges. SERVE warm
