Put the tortilla chips in a shallow dish and pour the salsa over them. Slice the chillies and sprinkle over the chips.
Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 240 C / Gas 9 until the cheese is melted. Sprinkle with chopped chives and serve immediately.
