Mix flour, sugar, cheese , salt and milk til just forming a dough. Then add Veges and mix onto floured board and rollout to cut out shapes. Size of scones could be 5cm but can do 8-10 cm and use as a sandwich type scone instead. Bake at 180c for 20 minutes or 5-10 minutes more for larger ones. Keep eye on them and check when ready. Can freeze well. Can use large one as a sandwich and put meat and cheese etc on middle of them...
