Preheat oven to 420(F) degrees.
Line baking sheet with crumpled foil and lightly coat with cooking spray.
Crush crackers into crumbs in a zip-close plastic bag.
Coat chicken in the mixture of dressing and mayo, shake off excess. Toss coated chicken in cracker crumbs, lay flat on prepared baking sheet.
Bake 25 minutes until chicken is cooked through, turning once.
Broil 2-5 minutes for extra crispiness.
