This is a local favorite,it's a creamy, spicy chicken pasta dish, that will surely please everyones taste buds.
In large saute pan melt butter and add chicken. Cook chicken over medium heat until they begin to white. Add mushrooms to chicken and cook for 5 minutes. Add peppers, onions and hot peppers cook for 5-7 minutes. Taste test to see if needs salt and pepper at this point. In a large pot add water, bouillon, tomato sauce, heavy cream, and spices whisk together, then add chicken mixture. Bring to boil and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add olives and simmer for 5 minutes. In a small bowl mix corn starch with 2 - 3 tbsp cold water until dissolved, then add to sauce stirring continuously until it thickens. If its runny let stand it will thicken, stir in cooked pasta and serve, sprinkling with grated or shredded Parmesan cheese.
