Spicy sardines
1. In a pressure cooker , add garlic, onion and carrots (optional) .
2. Arrange the mackerel fish (cleaned) in the pressure cooker .
3. Add salt ,pepper and ginger.
4. Pour the vinegar, olive oil and water. Add chilli flakes and green chilli on top.
5. Close the lid of the pressure cooker properly and let it boil. Reduce the heat and cook for 20 minutes .
6. Serve with hot steamed rice.
Set the timer to cook it perfectly.
