Cinnamon and Fruit swirls
Make dough as for scones (for smaller batch use scone dough without sugar).
Knead then roll out dough very thinly (should be approx 12" x 24")
Cream brown sugar, butter and cinnamon, then spread over rolled dough.
Sprinkle liberally with sultanas, chopped dates or currants.
Roll up from the long side, then slice into 5cm slices (smaller slices = more pieces)
Pack into a small round cake tin and cook for 25-30 minutes at 200(F)degrees.
Take care tipping out of the pan and they will be sticky
Make sure the dough is rolled out quite thinly - needs to be the size of the pastry sheet
