Combine cherimoyas, peaches and sour cream in a blender. Puree. Add remaining ingredients, except mint, and blend till very smooth. Transfer to a bowl. Cover and chill thoroughly for at least two hours. Ladle into chilled bowls. Garnish with mint and serve. Serves 8. Enjoy!
