Pour some graham cracker crumbs into the bottom of your dishes or glasses. Use 1/8 of the package or less, depending on the size of your glasses. Save the rest for another layer.
Pour the amount of cold milk called for on the cheesecake mix box into a large mixing bowl. Add cheesecake mix and stir for time indicated on package. Immediately add a layer of cheesecake mix to the graham cracker crumbs in your dishes or glasses. Add a layer of cherry topping, more graham cracker crumbs, and more cheesecake mix.
Cover with saran wrap and refrigerate. Also refrigerate remaining cherry filling.
When ready to serve, add more cherry topping.
