Bake pastry in 9-inch pie plate at 400 degrees for 8 minutes. Beat cream cheese until fluffy, gradually blending in sugar, lemon juice, vanilla and salt. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Pour filling into crust. Bake in 325 degree oven for 25 - 30 minutes.
Combine sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Spoon over top of pie. Bake 10 minutes longer. Spoon pie filling over pie. Chill.
