Suggest a better description1/4 cup uncooked organic rolled oats
1/3 cup milk (I personally use raw full fat milk, also works great with coconut and almond milk)
1/4 cup Greek Yogurt (I use my homemade Greek Yogurt)
1-1/2 tsp dried chia seeds
1 tbs chocolate chunks (I recommend Enjoy Life Mega Chocolate Chunks available on Amazon – they are free of preservatives, nuts, dairy and soy!)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbs dark sweet cherry preserves
1/4 to 1/3 cup dark sweet cherry (I buy frozen when not in season) or enough to fill jar
