Cherry crumble
Preheat oven to 375
For crumble:
Remove from heat – stir in oats, 1 1/8 cup flour, brown sugar and salt until dry, crumbly dough forms
Melt butter and mix into flour, oats mixture until crumbly dough forms
Press about 2/3 of dough into the bottom of 9” square pan making firm, even layer
For cherries:
Mix together cherries, 1/4 flour, sugar, lemon juice and vanilla
Pour cherry mixture over dough in pan.
Top with remaining 1/3 of dough mixture.
Bake crumble for 40 - 45 minutes.
