In a small bowl, combine cherry jam, soy sauce, and 3 TBSP ketchup. Season with salt and pepper.
Set half the glaze aside in a separate small bowl.
In a medium bowl, soak 1 slice white bread or bread crumbs with 2 TBSP water
Let absorb, then break up with your hands until pasty. Add beef, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, ½ tsp salt and pepper. Gently
combine, then form into 1 ½-inch meatballs.
Place on one side of a baking sheet. Brush or spoon meatballs with half the cherry glaze.
Cook at 450 for about 15 mins.
Drizzle with remaining glaze
