Drain cherries. Preheat oven to 325. Whip butter, add sugar and salt. Beat in cherry juice and extract. Mix in flour and chopped cherries. Scoop, roll in granulated sugar. Bake 10-12 minutes - put kiss in the middle as soon as they come out of the oven.
