Suggest a better descriptionPut water on for pasta then cook according to instructions
In a pan or shallow pot with lid put enough oil in the bottom to cover
Add a couple crushed garlic cloves and desired amount of cherry tomatoes
Cook covered until the skins of the tomatoes are coming off on their own then using tongs take them off
Add some of the pasta water and seasoning and mix
Cook for a little longer together but don't let it reduce too much
Remove garlic
Remove from heat and add lemon juice
Add pasta to tomatoes and blend it all together
Top with cheese
