Cherub tomatoes, spinach, and mushrooms over ravioli pasta.
1. In large skillet, heat on LOW. melt Sautee Express. or tablespoon of olive oil, bacon grease, or whatever you like.
2. Add onion, mushroom, bullion and cover. Cook on LOW until onion is clear, about 15-20 minutes. I add Mrs Dash at the beginning so the spice develops.
3. Stir in garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
4. Stir in tomatoes, top with as much chopped spinach as will fit in the pan. I do not stir. Make a small hole in the center so heat can circulate. Add a few slices of fresh Mozzarella. Put on lid and cook on LOW for 10-15 minutes until spinach is wilted and cheese is melted.
5. Cook ravioli.
6. Spoon sauce over pasta.
7. Serve with bread to soak up tomato yummy goodness.
