Place all ingredients in a sauce pan and heat until boiling, turn down and simmer for 5 to 10 min
Place in dish to cool, may put in fridge and let cool before using, this is a great sauce, it's my favorite.
Note the longer it sits like until the next day, it tastes even better!
Use for your next pizza it will make about 2 pizzas.
