Preheat oven 350 degrees, grease and flour 9X13 pan. Mix first 3 ingredients with a spoon and then fold in pecans. Press mixture into pan and set aside. Next beat cream cheese with conf. sugar and vanilla, add eggs one at a time. Pour cream cheese mixture over unbaked crust. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the top puffs up and lightly browns. Cool before cutting.
