Suggest a better descriptionIn a food processor blend the almonds until fine flour. Then add the oats, fruit and salt (if using) and pulse till coarse flour. Pour flours in bowl and add honey, oil and peanut butter and sue hands to mix.
Using medium scooper scoop dough into muffin tins then user your hands to press the down slightly.
IN my oven it took 15 minutes. On convection of 300 degrees to be slightly golden brown. I also let the bars cool in the tins for 10 minutes before taking them out of the pan.
