Suggest a better descriptionIn a bowl, combine brown sugar, applesauce, molasses and egg substitute until well blended. Combine flour, baking soda, and spices; stir into molasses mixture. Drop by teaspoonfuls 2" apart onto baking sheets that have been lightly coated with nonstick cooking spray. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Yields: 3 1/2 dozen One cookie equals 56 calories, 12 mg sodium, trace cholesterol, 12 gm carbohydrate, 1 gm protein, trace fat. From: "Taste of Home" Magazine, April/May 1995
