Preheat oven to 350F.
In large bowl, mix goldfish crackers through Oyster crackers in large bowl. Set aside. In sauce pan, heat sun-butter through mustard over medium heat until smooth and fragrant. Turn off heat and allow to cool slightly.
Carefully pour Sun Butter mixture over dry ingredients. Tossing gently to spread around mixture. Add Parmesan cheese. Toss until all crackers and cereal are evenly coated. Evenly and thinly spread chex mix on to sheet pans. Bake 12- 15 minutes or until slightly brown and fragrant. in thin layer
