Pre-heat over to 300 degrees. Melt butter in 9x9 pan in the oven. Remove and stir in seasonings. Add Chex, stir to coat all pieces. Return to oven for 20 minutes, stirring once. Remove. Sprinkle evenly with Parmesean cheese. Toss well. Spread on paper towel to cool . Store in tightly covered container. May freeze.
