Suggest a better descriptionHeat the peanut oil in a pressure cooker over medium heat toabout 400~. In a small bowl beat the egg and stir in the milk. Ina separate bowl, combine the flour, sugar, pepper and salt. Dipeach piece of chicken in milk until it is fully moistened. Note. It is very important that your oil be hot for thisrecipe. Test the temp by dropping some of the flour coating intothe oil. If it bubbles repidly, your oil is probably hot enought;it should take about 20 minutes to heat up.
