super simple slow-cooker adobo recipe

1. Clean the chicken, heat oil in a large frying pan to med/high. Brown the chicken on all sides then place in the slow cooker.
2. roughly chop the carrot and onion if including, and place underneath the chicken, crush the garlic and evenly distribute along with the pepper/peppercorns and bay leaves.
3. Cook on low for 4-6 hours.
4. NOTE: better the next day
