Suggest a better descriptionOn medium heat saute garlic, onions, tomatoes, and black pepper with oil for 15 minutes.
Add chicken, cook for 10 minutes
Add lid for 20 minutes and lower heat to low
Prepare potatoes and carrots
Mix afritada sauce with 1/2 cup water and pour into skillet
Add potatoes and carrots
Cook until soft (~10 minutes)
Add soy sauce to taste
Add cornstarch if sauce is too watery
