This pizza was huge and made 8 pieces. I used fathead dough (recipe from google) that I brush with garlic and butter before baking. Topped with my homemade chicken Alfredo sauce (I don’t ever measure when making Alfredo). I added spinach, lots of bacon and sundried tomatoes to the Alfredo and it was just perfect. I boil my chicken on the stove and shred with my kitchenaid mixer. For the sauce I use Parmesan cheese, butter and heavy cream and add a little at a time to a hot pan on the stove mixing the chicken bacon and sundried tomatoes together. Top with spinach and mozzarella cheese.
