Cut up the chicken thighs into small pieces and cook on the stovetop. Wilt the collard greens on the stovetop in olive oil. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Spread the pizza crust dough onto a pizza stone and spread the alfredo sauce over it. Put a thick layer of the cheddar over the sauce. Then add the chicken, mushrooms, and collard greens. Sprinkle the garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper over the pizza. Put a final layer of cheddar over the top and bake for about 15 minutes.
