Suggest a better descriptionCut each apple slice in half lengthways, put into a bowl with the lime juice and toss together. Heat the oil in a large frying pan, add the onion and cook over a high heat for 2 minutes, add the garlic, chillies, the spices and the chicken then fry, stirring for about 5 minutes until the chicken is golden. Lift the chicken out of the pan and set aside. Add the apple with the lime juice and 5 tablespoons of water to the pan and cook with the onions for 3 minutes. Return the chicken to the pan and continue to cook for 5 minutes until the apples are tender but still hold their shape. Meanwhile heat the tortillas as directed on the pack, the quickest way is to transfer them to a plate, cover with film and microwave on high for 20-30 seconds. Season the filling with salt and pepper, then add the fresh coriander. To serve, place 2 heaped tablespoons of the filling in each tortilla, roll up and eat immediately. NOTES : Delicious tasty fajitas, ideal for a supper or special lunch.
