Preheat oven to 450F. Cut each chicken breast in half (cutting parallel to cutting board). Start boiling water for pasta. Dredge chicken in bread crumbs and cook in a little of the butter and oil until browned, about 5 minutes each side. Remove chicken from skillet and place in 13x9 inch dish. Heat butter, oil, and remaining ingredients (except the pasta) until melted. Cook for 2 minutes. Drain artichoke hearts and add them to the chicken, spreading them around. Pour the butter mixture over the chicken. Bake 5 minutes uncovered. Then broil on low for 5 minutes. Serve over pasta.
