7:15 turn on oven and heat skillet and get water boiling
7:30 blanch broccoli, start bacon, put chicken in oven
Start pasta boiling when you read story to girls
Season chicken breast with salt and pepper and cook for 20 minutes. (If you are cooking ahead and the breast will get cold, only cook for 15 minutes and finish cooking when added at the end.
While chicken is cooking, prep other ingredients, cook the bacon in a skillet, and blanch the broccoli.
Put water on to boil.
Season blanched broccoli with salt, pepper and Tuscan sunset.
Remove most of the bacon grease from the skillet and oil
Over medium heat, cook onions for 3 minutes
Add garlic and cook for 2 minutes
Add pasta to water
Add tomatoes, salt, pepper, and Tuscan sunset and cook for 8-10 minutes
Add chicken and broccoli and strain pasta
Put pasta back in pot with other tomatoes that were set aside
Add tomato/chicken/broccoli to pasta in pot
Add bacon basil and parm cheese to taste.
